SecureALearn provides cybersecurity training and awareness programs, quizzes to assess understanding, and a system for reporting progress and results to management or administrators. The services are aimed at improving user's knowledge and practices in relation to cybersecurity.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about yourself as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Application.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are prohibited from using the application to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

All content provided on the application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Application, is the property of SecureALearn or its suppliers and protected by copyright and international copyright laws.

SecureALearn may terminate your access to all or any part of the Application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

The Application is provided "as is". SecureALearn and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will SecureALearn, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

SecureALearn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
